  7. Group Support
  8. + Out'n About! now allows users to be assigned to different groups
  9.   within the company such as marketing, engineering, or accounting.
  10.   Users can then select which group they wish to view on their board.
  11.   This allows managers to easily check on their division, or for the
  12.   team members to coordinate with their group.

  14. Phone Messaging
  15. + Messages can now be flagged as being private. Private messages can 
  16.   only be read by the recipient(s) of the message.
  17. + Administrative users can view any user's messages that are not marked 
  18.   private. When an employee calls the office to get their messages, an
  19.   administrative user can retrieve the messages for the employee.
  20. + Messages can now be sent to a single user, multiple users, a group,
  21.   or all users.

  23. Utilities
  24. + An import wizard has been added to import ASCII delimited files into
  25.   the Out'n About! user database.
  26. + A database backup wizard has been added to provide easy backup of the
  27.   Out'n About! databases.

  29. Other Features 
  30. + The Out'n About! board can now be resized to allow the user to view
  31.   more or fewer employees at one time.
  32. + A title bar has been added to Out'n About! to show the company name
  33.   and the current group which is being viewed.
  34. + Buttons have been added to the new title bar to display the main 
  35.   menu, select a group, display the message list, and hide the board.
  36. + The popup administrative user menu has been modified to easily change
  37.   the status of users on the board.
  38. + Administrative users are identified by asterisks '*' after their
  39.   name on the board.
  40. + Windows 3.1 and Windows NT 3.51 user interface bugs have been fixed.
